 Part of having sex for me is to make sure the woman is pleased. I feel bad if I get the idea I did a poor job. Most guys want to be known as someone who did it right. The only time it's really quick around my house would be if my wife is doing a "favor" for me because she is really not interested for herself. I don't think that is common although the opposite probably doesn't happen much. I can't imagine a guy just doing it for his lady and not reaching orgasm himself.
If it's a booty call, you get what you get. The person doesn't really care for you so they have nothing to lose.

 I've had 2 one night stands and after being left feeling totally unsatisfied, I thought, never again. I think the majority of men who are into that kind of thing are selfish...They don't want to take the time to satisfy the girl, they just want to get off. I'm sure there are guys out there who aren't like this...But I haven't heard of one yet...!
