On both testicles, is it normal to have lump type things at the bottom? its a bit like skin, but after a hot shower, when they hang low, they are no lumps. I'm not really sure what you are talking about, but those lumps could be what is known as the epididymus.. follow the lumps and see if you feel a tube (which is called the ductus deferens)..the tube should run on the back side of the testes.. if they do that's what it is.. but I would tell him to see a doctor to make sure everything is okay. (just in case)
