She replied, yeah I dont mind if we talk, we are friends. WTF is this?? Any suggesstions to what my next move should be??? I dont know why its happening like this with this girl, I have had a g/f before but it wasent like this.

How long have you known this girl? Wjen you talk and you touch or brush her skin with yours does she pull away quickly or does she linger as long as you do. Next time you talk sit next to eachother and let your leg touch hers or let your arm rest next to hers (touching of course) If she does not pull away she may be into you but if she does chances are you are "Just Friends" Compliment her tell her you like the way her eyes sparkle in the sun that you've never noticed it before but it is really beautiful. Girls love sincere compliments that are not about their body. See how she takes to these things..if all is well it is a green light and slowly get to the point of saying I really enjoy spending time with you then say would she be upset if you told everyone that she was your girlfriend...or something clever like that! i hope this helps!  Chances are she wasn't completely sure on what you meant by 'took a liking to her' and didn't want to overreact in case you didn't mean in a romantic way. She might just be a bit shy and doesn't want to put herself out there if she's not sure exactly how you feel... the best thing to do would be to just tell her. If you're not comfortable with just asking her out, then asking for 'a bite' helps, and then casually mentioning later something like, 'so is it okay if this is a date?'
She's probably just as confused as you are, so you need to take initiative to sort it out.
