it's best to make sure you empty your bowels as much as you can before hand, will take the presure off. As for the air i don't think there is alot you can do, it's simply just from his thrusting. maybe try a differen't posistion? people think that doggy is the only way for anal sex, but you'd be surprised what else u can do.
