 She will have her period from her vagina because of her reproductive system. But most women do bleed from anal sex anyways due to rips in the skin I would not suggest doing it because it will be short and most likely end with her in tears.It will also be sore for a few days.  Uh. She bleeds from her vagina. So she is still going to bleed even if you are having anal sex. You want to be really awkward, have her keep a tampon in so it won't be too messy. On the other hand, I would not suggest having anal sex though. From a biology standpoint, that area wasn't meant for penetration. Considering the two sphincters and the tearing that might occur during sex, her tract could really come across some damage. Plus it's the best way to transfer AIDS, seeing as lining tear is easy to do.

Short answer: Yes.Long answer: Period blood can be rather messy and get over the place. You can have sex if a woman is on her period, but it's always better to wait until she is done.
