 Well technically you are not doing any thing wrong because she is not blood related. But am sure it would cause massive disruptions in your family if you where both to take it to the next level. Am sure your parents think of her as a daughter and you as a son and this would more than likely upset them. Talk to her about it if you feel it would be best and see how she feels and what she has to say.
But please don't think you are in the wrong for having feelings for her, you have done nothing wrong.
