A female United States, anonymous writes:

My boyfriend put a deposit on a house, and then before proceding any

further, checked out every single house that could possibly be

better before completing the deal.

I wonder if that is what is secretly happening to us. That I am the

deposited house.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (8 October 2006):

Wow this is like wat is happening to me.. only im more of a back up plan for his dream job :( my bf recently broke up with me becuz he started having feelings for his ex again... but he promises me that he'll come back to me.. im only 16 and hes telling me that i need to live my life and i need to go out n party n rebel against my parents .. but im not like that.. i dont like drinking, i only go to parties cuz my friends go and i want to spend time with them. He told me he was preserving me for later, and i asked him wat he meant by that and he said that im everything he wants, but he needs to make sure that im the one for him, and that he would probably want to marry me when were older. I know, I know im only 16 and i hav plently of relationships to go thru before i should be thinking about marriage, but i really like this guy.. and its so hard right now but i wrote this cuz i wanted u to kno, ur not the only "deposited house" out there. If you dont kno wat to do, then ur in the same situation as me :( good luck, i hope both our problems work out for our benefit :)
