I don't know if it's a vibe I put off or if men don't find me beautiful but I haven't had a boyfriend since junior year. I like to do lots of fun things like all types of boarding, I ride a motorcycle, have got a good job and would say I am beautiful. But I am going to college next semester and am wondering if I am going to find a guy there. I don't care about having a boyfriend but I like knowing there is a guy there who would come for me if I got a flat tire or needed help fixing my sink.

katatonik agony auntWell...at the risk of sounding a little harsh, this IS the 21st century and you should probably know, for your own sake/safety, how to change a tire at least. It sounds like all you're really interested in having a guy for is everyday fixit stuff. Yes, it's great if you have someone to do things like that for you, but it shouldn't be an excuse for you to avoid being self-sufficient. Don't assume all guys will automatically know this stuff, either...when my BF's sink broke a couple months ago I was the one who fixed it while he stood around having not a clue what to do about it. Good luck =]
