Neat, you take Taekwondo- very cool. Keep it up, martial arts are a great way to keep in shape, meet people, and defend yourself. I'm a Hongar style Kung Fu kid myself.
Anyway, in my honest opinion, you probably have an infatuation with him.
You think he's cool, right? Nice and tall and muscular, not to mention higher up on the belt ranks.
At this point you don't know if he likes you or not- but that's not the issue really because you yourself don't know if you like him or not- but you are attracted to him.
I suggest you talk to him more, get to know him, and how he acts outside of classes, and take it from there. Don't do nothing and just keep it at that, you never know until you talk to him, right? And who knows, if he does like you, you'll find out from the way he talks to you.
If he didn't like you, you may charm him when you talk to him.
