writes:I'm wondering if I have some cause for concern here...I hooked up with a girl a couple times, I like her, I'm pretty sure she likes me too.Well anyhow, I was on the phone with her today, and she told me she was waiting for her ex-bf to come how with food he bought for her, and when he got back she screamed and started laughing, so I asked why, and she told me he put his cold hand on her bare back (why the hell would she be bare backed?), anyways my phone started dying so she told me she was going to go watch a movie with him and she'd talk to me later.She also told me she can't wait to go drinking this weekend, I told her she could come with me, she said maybe, and as soon as he got back I heard her asking him if there was going to be anyone at his house this weekend.Am I being paranoid, or they most definitely doing stuff with each other? Which is what it looks like to me.I'd like to know before I make a mistake and ask this girl out, thanks.

This does sound a bit odd. Putting his hand on her bare back could mean he slipped his hand under the back shirt joking. You could be honest with her and just ask her.

 It looks like there is, and i'm very sorry to say that but it's true. She must think that your just a friend and she doesn't have any sexual or relationship interest in you. But i could be wrong maybe you should talk to her, tell her that you have an interest in going out with her but if she's still got feelings or reltions with other people, you don't want to get in the way
