reader, anonymous, writes (13 October 2007): I am a 46 year old male. I am married to a woman that is 38 and we're as happy as can be. What is wonderful at 46/38 wouldn't have been the same at 16/24. A 25 year old guy is way WAY too old for a 16 year old. You are young. Enjoy being young and date guys closer to your age.

 I am 29, my fiancee is 17. Happiest I have ever been in my life. Age is just a number, but a number which causes problems. The hardest part is caused by opinionated people who feel they must try to interfere. Once you get past this stage and are secure within yourselves, its fine. I would not change her for the world.
