All I can tell you about is from my marriage. Obviously I had to deal with, and accommodate, her hormones, which were all over the place. But the whole process was amazing, and I certainly was never turned off by it. I have a very wonderful memory of making love when we were on a sailing holiday one month before she gave birth to our first. Pregnancy seldom interfered with our intimacy, for any of our three children.

 Well ive never gotten a woman pregnant but i can still speak as a man. Personally i cant wait to have kids just as long as their mother is the right woman for me. If my girlfriend was pregnant i would still find her sexaully attrative but the sex may be a little awkward in a sence just because your not used to a big belly in the way might have to adjust a little bit.i think it really depends on the individual some men might actually be turned on more by it some may lose totall intrest in sex just depends on the guy.
