Simple. Agree to go out with him and tell him the purpose of it is to see how you get along.
But tell him it's too soon for him to be making the moves on you so take a chill pill.
That way, you'll come across as cool, sophisticated and elegant and he'll want you twice as much.

reader, anonymous, writes (23 March 2009): Aww,hun,you know i was nearly 17 when i first kissed a guy,so i was around your age !.I'm 25 now.I remember how nervous i was.Do you know if he has kissed anyone before ?.Whether he has or not,dont be scared to let him know that this will be your first kiss.Either way,i'm sure he will be understanding.The best thing to do is relax and do what comes naturally.If he has kissed someone before,he may be able to help you out,and if he hasnt,well then you can both learn together !.
