You don't want to do it completely out of the blue. Do you ever hold hands, or cuddle, or have her sit in your lap, or run your fingers through her hair? That's a good time. Don't ask permission. Don't do it too fast or too suddenly. If she likes you, she's waiting for it, and doesn't care if it's totally perfect.

Well, when my boyfriend kissed me he ASKED me for it. I would have liked him to surprise me with a kiss when we were at the movies or at any of those moments we were really close to each other. However, that is just what I would have liked. Maybe your girlfriend is a little different than me.
