Q. Does anyone have any tips to boost my self esteem I feel like my self esteem is really low I feel sad,confused all that other bad stuff can someone please help me? Thank you....
A. 23 November 2011: Do you have anyone you can talk to about how you feel? Family member, work colleague, friend etc. If you find it hard to open up to people write down how you feel and hand it to them. Talking and sharing can help you alot.
