It is normal in teenagers to get discharge, many people get this before they start their periods, and for some people it lasts longer than others. How long have you been getting the discharge for?
Also the fact that it is yellow could suggest you have an infection. Is it thick? Does it smell? These are also signs it could be an infection.
Have you had unprotected sex? Or what kind of contraception do you use? This is obviously a common cause as it could be an STI. You don't always get infections from sex it's just a suggestion. You can also get infections from your butt hole so always remember when you use the loo wipe from front to back, not back to front.
The only way you will know for certain what's wrong if anything at all is if you see a doctor or a nurse. It's nothing to be embarrassed about as they will have encountered the problem many times before =]

If you were a man I'd say you've contracted gonorrhoea. That may or may not be the case with you and the only way to find out for sure is to see a doctor or specialist GU medicine clinic.
