writes:hi I'm a 14 yr old male and i have a very serious question to ask ok i smoked 1 cigarette and feel really bad. I'll never do it again, it made me sick. Dontcha know that smoking stunts you? And kills your 'troopers'? He-lo, midget AND infertile for life! I started smoking when I was 15 and now I'm 3'2"!

P.S.: Of course it doesn't stunt your growth. Didn't you pay any attention in biology? You'll be fine, just don't do it again. Unless you want to. But its bad. Especially over long periods of time. But its bad. Period.

one cigarette can cause damage. but our lungs are constantly polluted so you should be fine. im glad you learn your lesson. but dont stress the body is extremely tolerable and good at rebuilding itself. your aveloi and bronchioles will be fine.
