writes:i worked with this guy for the last 18 months we were very close and i miss him madly because hes moved teams. i know he hates the manager but i would have thought working with me would help. ive helped him a lot with personal stuff to work exams and i really liked him a lot !now hes gone and im distraught. he sas he'll keep in contact but it wont be the same. we used to speak loads but since he joined this new team he rings not so much. i miss him like mad and he knows this. he says hes fond of me but cant help taking his leaving as a personal slight.will he regret leaving -im not horrible but i keep hoping he will will he ?
