If he says he doesn't want to talk to you, then don't talk to him. leave it, get on with your life. If he misses you, he'll let you know. But don't let it keep happening.

It's possible he thinks you have become very 'ma faan' - Cantonese for 'troublesome'. 'Ma faan' is harsher by meaning though.
