 Sounds like he cares about you and he doesn't think of sex as just sex. I've watched a special on friends with benefits and it proves it just won't work. One of the people ends up falling for the other everytime. It sounds like he already anticipates it happening. If all you want is sex I really reccommend you get another guy to do it with. He cares about you and doesn't want to get hurt. There are plenty of guys out there that would love to just have sex.

If you don't love him, and just want to have sex with him, you're going to be using him. It's not a healthy situation for either of you.
If you don't care about this boy, you should find someone else to sleep with and let your sensitive guy friend find some other girl to be in a real relationship with.
