this happens to me all the time. but sorry I have no idea what this is. maybe a vision. like on "that's so raven". I dont watch it anymore but maybe that's what they are called

 Sounds like you're tapped into a consciousness most people aren't. I have that sometimes. But i dont remember i dreamt it until it happens. Its not weird. And its more common than you think
