 You're wife isn't enjoying this? I would love to personally be able to go longer without cumming. :) but well my serious suggestion is to talk to your doctor. He/she may be able to do something to help you.. switch dose/switch medication. Remember there is normally a lot of choices for the same problem. I would check with your doctor on this.
