A male United Kingdom age 30-35, *uidance greg writes:

Does she still love me?

I've been with my girlfriend for nearly 2 years and for the first year and a bit we were inseparable.

Over the last two to three months we haven't been anywhere as near as close as what we used to be, we haven't had sex for nearly three months and she has stopped complimenting me and only ever tells me she loves me when she wants something or after I have said it first. I don't want to lose her and am willing to do what it takes.

Please help?

A male reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2009):

my best advice to you is to ignore her a little bit, do not call, e-mail her for a couple of weeks even if she calls, don't even pick up. Most women don't like clingy, predictable guys. ignore her trust me, if she truly loves you, she will begin to miss you and come back running to you. I'm 28, i learned a lot about women. I wish when I was 18 I knew what I know now. Women think differently than men. just ignore her, if she doesn't come back then she intended to leave you way before you realized you were starting to lose her. If you try to insist you'll only push her away even more
