Yes..please tell your mother. She may be disappointed but she needs to know. She needs to understand you are experimenting with sex and you need her counsel and guidance. Have you ever thought of waiting until you are much older, hun? The problem with youngsters your age is quite often they mistake sex with a boy for love and affection. This isn't so. Just because a boy is nice to you, doesn’t mean he has anything but a sexual interest in you. The best thing to do is abstain from sex because your emotional well-being is at risk not to mention pregnancy and STD's. Try hard to understand that in the adult world, love and committment come first, then sex is a the culmination of those wonderful feelings of love and intimacy privately shared by two people who have deeply bonded. Feeling love for a person starts as a friendship and builds over time. Talk to Mom about this..tell her the truth and ask for her understanding and guidance. Make the best choices for yourself now and start on the road to becoming a strong, sensible person who uses her head when figuring out what is best for her future.. Take care sweety.
