 You can not change how she feels you can just be respecfull to how she feels and wait for her, if you do not then all you are going to be doing is pushing her and no girl likes that.
just be patient and take notice of her feeling she's been good enough to tell you how she feels, just let her be for a little while you never know she might come around you never know.
but if you try and push her into making a decision now then it will just push her away, so be patient and sensitive to her feelings.

 It sounds like this girl knows what she wants and when she wants it, she is aware of your feelings for her and how she feels about you but wants to concentrate on her studies therefore you really need to respect her decision and show her that you respect what she cares about.
