I am really in love with a lady of about 19-20,a student. I am pulsating with emotion for her, dying to always be with her.I told her my mind but she didn't say anything. anytime i express my emotions to her she sympathizes with me but wont tell me she loves me too, though she is good, inspiring and kind to me. i am so much entangled in my affection for her. please tell me what to do. i don't have any wish to let her go in spite the hard times. friends laugh at me but I've made up my mind to always love her. what should i do.

A male reader, anonymous, writes (24 May 2009):

Nothing you can do if she doesn't feel the same. You can try and ask her out and if she says no, then that's that. If you keep pursuing her after that, she will probably get repelled by you so make sure you don't do that if she rejects you.
