She says she loves me but I have never been in a relationship before... help!

There is a girl who loves me very much. She is beautiful, dedicated, loving, polite, good natured and a good person. About 6 months back I met her in a party. 2 months later she proposed me. But I rejected. The reason is that for a cause in my past I stopped believing in love or any relationship, (it was not anything related to any girl, I have never before been in any relationship). I tried to convince her but she just told that she loved me and cannot stay without me. I stay alone and so she does. What should I do?
