 I hate to say this but you can't make someone love you all you can do is be their friend if thats what they want from you.
You've told her how you feel she has told you she isn't interested in you in that way, you now know where you stand therefore you can start trying to move on from this.

 im so sorry but you must give up you can never force anybody to love you have i have learnt in the past! all you can do is be a freind with her or keep trying untill she turns round presses charges on you for harraseing her or moves away so youll never see her the choice is yours? and it isnt always the most beautiffuliest girls you stay in love with, they do occasionally turn out to be a nightmare! its the personalitie you should go for thats how you dont go wrong!
