Were friends and I think she likes me becoz whenever I see her when I'm with friends I don't always say hi to her and she has a fit about it later on saying why I ignored her. She talks to me alot. Anyway I like her too and thinking can I kiss her in cinema? How do I know if she wants to? Can I put my arm round her? Touch her hand? Anything???? Put your arm around her, and she will cuddle up to you and rest her head on your shoulder. When you feel the time is right just tilt your head towards yours and she will most likely respond.
Look for signs during the date, her touching your arm, maintaing eye contact with you etc etc

 ok heres what you do go you see a scary film because if shes anything like me she will cuddle up to you at a scary part than you have a chance to flirtatiously put your arm around her or touch her hand if she pulls back act like you put your arm around her for your own comfort but if she responds possitively then you can go in for a kiss good luck

Hey mate, well I think if she wants a kiss she will give a sign like will smile right at you or will 'acidently' put her hand in the popcorn at same time as you give her a few hints too.
