Kavanna is verified as being by the original poster of the question thank you all i went to the doctor and he said the position i was n could of been the resion but i go to my first ultrasound tomorrow so i am praying that everything is ok im on bed rest intell i go back to the doc but im so thankful for all you guys responds

reader, anonymous, writes (21 September 2009): It's most likely just a tear so don't worry about it. Do go see your doctor as soon as possible though, you need to get some piece of mind, stressing about this won't do you any good.
