Please can people answer my question?

I'm 16 and right now I feel really down because I got this girl who is the same age as me some things for V day and she said to me it really meant a lot to her but she would rather talk to me as a friend. She says she has stuff going on with two other boys but I don't know who they are.

Since V day it is like she has been avoiding me and I'm beggining to get stressed and kind of upset because I really do like this girl and I she knows I do like her. I don't think she realizes how much I do.

I really want talk to her about it but what should I say? I don't want to upset her or say something the wrong way and I want to see if she is ok as well. Please help.

Andy J agony auntRrrr mate, i feel for you buddy i've been there. I'm only 18 and was engaged. But she just split from me. I think all you need to do is give it some time, espcially give time for yourself to think, actually is this really what i want, and if she's ignoring me is she really worth it in a relationship type of way. Only you can decide that. Andy

I'm sure you know this, but just because you are in love with someone, doesn't mean that someone feels the same way about you. Love can be very selfish sometimes, so you must think, "Is it better I exert my desires upon her, or should I allow her to choose what she desires instead?"

Unless you two have been dating for X amount of time, I don't think you can really do much. It's not like you two even started a relationship. Just suck it up and go on with your life.
