 Sounds like infatuation to me. Love generally is something that blooms from spending a lot of time with someone, intimately and just generally, and falling for them day by day...
Infatuation and obsession are when theres no real chance of being with the person but you cant stop thinking of them anyway!
And then theres just liking someone and wanting to be with them, then getting with them and it falls into love...
So id class this as an infatuation.
Shes too young for you and so you couldnt even get intimate with her. She lives far away and so you'll probably never see her. And you just feel excited towards her like a kid in a candy shop. Just get out there and find girls your own age up for it!
