writes: I'm 19 and a virgin. The problem is when I've been messing around with girlfriends I've been ejaculating prematurely. I can't seem to figure this out and it's stopping me from losing my virginity cause I'm really embarrassed. Also I don't know if this is connected but for some reason I'm scared I'll get someone pregnant on my first time. Could this be linked?

 Premature ejaculation can be caused by many things, and all you really need is the time and the practice at controlling yourself.It is a common problem that men face nowadays, I myself have had the problem. During sex, I couldnt hold myself for more than 2 minutes, and its all down to self control.You need to try and focus on other things (I dont mean completely, or doing anything sexual would be pointless) but try and not thing about everything so much. What helped me was a girl willing to help me control myself. Trhough sexual experience with her, I can now enjoy hours of sex without ruining the moment.Also, your fear of getting a girl pregnant is something all guys have inside them somewhere, but that would cause more of a no show rather that a very fast one.Relax, take it slow, enjoy yourself but keep your mind focused.Hope I have helped...GoG
