reader, anonymous, writes (17 August 2009): I think you need the help and advice from a good pediatrician, and your child is not too young to take him to a psychologist for therapy. I don't think this is anything to really freak out about....he is probably just acting out for some reason which I don't have enough information to determine. Seek some professional help though to help alleviate your fears and to learn how to deal with his "inappropriate" behavior without making him feel too guilty about his own body....it is always a fine balancing act with kids and I am no expert in this area and you probably aren't either....so don't be afraid to ask for help from doctors.
