 You can buy plugs from sex shops or even ann summers. They are usually used for anal sex to widen up the anal passage so the penis fits inside. BUT in this case if you have tried lube and you still can't fit in then I suggest you buy some of these. Have you tried using your fingers to widen her up? If you use one finger, then two and then three etc she should get wider. Remember she needs to be completely relaxed, if she is tense in any way then you have no chance of getting in. Just take it slow.
