reader, anonymous, writes (24 August 2005): If you are unattached and he loves you and he can't stay away from you-then what is the problem? Either he fits into your life because he loves you or he doesn't because for some reason he's uncertain, which usually means he's not at the same place in this relationship as you are.
More precisely it could mean that he's not as serious about this relationship with as you are with him. And he's hedging because he can't come clean with his true feelings. Think you two has better sit down and have a big talk. In all fairness to you, you need to know where you stand with this guy.
