My daughter and her step-father hate each other

A female age , *helene writes:

my husband, my daughters stepfather wont give her the time of day..He is not physically abusive but he can be verbally at times to her, but he usually doesn't talk to her at all. She is now 18 and this has been going on for 10 years..They both absolutley hate each other..It has been very heart breaking..I think about leaving him at times..I try to talk to him but it always turns into a fight, and would never see a counsler..I don't know what to do anymore.
