 If you hardly see him and when you go see him he leaves you to hang out with his friends, why are you not in the next bus home. If you start tolerating this behavior its only going to get worst. Sit him down and talk to him and tell him that you guys hardly see each other and that you prefer he makes no plans with anyone else but you when your in town.
