A male United States age 30-35, *cameronchandler writes:

I want to know if this girl is interested in me or not, and I would prefer it if only girls answer to this post.

I've know this girl since freshmen year, and we talk but we weren't like best friends or anything. A month ago I broke up with my girlfriend and I think my friend has been sending me signals.

The only time I see her is in lunch, at which we sit across from each other at the same table, we've sat together since the beginning of the semester, before I broke up with my ex-girlfriend.

The past couple weeks I've just been noticing things about her. She joins in on me and my friends' conversations a lot. The other day one of her friends was talking about how dating older guys was better and she said that she didn't care how old the guy was, and I think she took a glance at me after she said that. Her friend that said that looks at me and laughs a lot. This week she jokingly accused me of staring at her while she was eating, I kind of was. She wasn't angry she was just kind of laughed about it, and she brings that up almost every lunch now, also her friend agrees with her and says it a lot too. When we were in our school auditorium I sat behind her next to her friend and the friend leaned up to this girl and told her I was just going to stare at her (the girl that I like) the entire assembly. Also at lunch she will get her legs close to mine and touch mine. Today she made a real big deal out of it because she accidentally kicked me but did not move her legs after, and when I said it was ok, her friend said, "He's fine with that" and started laughing.

Other than at lunch I don't see her a lot. One day I walked in on one of her classes to talk to a friend and she came and talked with me.

I just want to know what some women think of all this!
