writes:ok there are these 3 girls that claims im their best friends its not a click we are all just friends in school that sometimes hang out. ok they started taking the hanging out process overboard and its like we are just friends that talk in school and hang out sometimes so they got mad because i said i didnt want 2 go 2 the movies with them and they started talking about me. they was like she always say she can't hang out wit us and she don't even ask her mom. my thing is if i dont want to go then why would i ask my mom like im not going anywhere that i dont feel comfortable. So tonight one of them is suppose 2 call me 2 connect all of us on 4 way should i tell them how i feel and when i do that i curse or should i just play cool like its whatever?

reader, anonymous, writes (2 July 2008): Hey hun! My advice would be that you tell them the truth. Let them know that you dont feel comfortable going out with them. At first it may seem difficult to approach these girls, but if it makes you feel better write down everything that you want to say to them and then just go for it. I guarantee you that they would gain much more respect for you after! After you have said what is on your mind, see what their reactions are and if they are real friends, they would understand and tone it down a little. Give it a try! Good luck hun!

 Actually I'm not quite sure I understand the question. You want to tell them that you don't want to hang out with them because you don't feel comfortable? Why don't you feel comfortable? Trust me, hanging with your friends is one of the things you should always try and make time for from now until you die else you'll find you won't have many left by the end of it all!
