Ive fallen for my boss, how do I let her know without jeopardising my job ?

This really depends on the person. You can't control it. You can be more careful, try to take her out after work, etc, but the risk is always there. You either don't do anything and risk not ever realizing whether you could have gotten her or not, or you can risk jeopardizing your job to find if u do have a chance with her or not.

Oh this is a bit of an ackward one. You have to talk to her but would suggest you do so outside of work perhaps one Friday night you could arrange a drink after work with her as well as other colleagues. Things are more informal outside of work and you may get a better idea if she shares the same feelings as you. If she does it should be obvious but tread carefully.
