writes:Hi Me and My GF have been together for 9 months, we along fine, except when I bring up the subject of meeting her family. Her dad isn't around so It's basically her mom, Brother, Sister and cousins. She lives on her own so I never get to go to her family's place. They live in the same city we do.My mom came up from Florida to visit me in upstate NY last month and introduced them. I want her to be part of my life so I feel I have to introduce her to the other people in my life. But I feel left out when she won't take me to meet her mom after 9 months. I try not to be pushy, but I do feel like she doesn't really care much about making me part of her life like that. I think 9 months is long enough. I don't even know all of her friends, she knows mine, and I don't want to think she's hiding something from me. In the beginning of our relationship I remmeber she told me she wouldn't take anybody to her family unless she was sure He was "The One" so does that mean I'm not "The One"?
