If you DO stop masturbating... you'll probably end up having wet dreams. It's not unusual.
If you masturbate it excessively though you MAY (or may not) find that once you DO have sex with another person that you won't be able to cum while being stimulated by them cause they just don't do it like you.
I'm not saying that you WON'T be able to have an orgasm with another person... if you masturbate... I'm just saying you might become so accustomed to your own style... that someone else just can't replicate it well enough to get you off.
The whole point is... EVERYTHING IN MODERATION!
