jodie-alice-x is verified as being by the original poster of the question No worries, I went to see my GP. She said it's just Eczema and has given me hydrocortisone cream 1% and it appears to have healed up nicely. Thanks for leading me into seeing my GP, I suppose I was just a little embarressed.

I am not going to Google anything, and recommend you see a doctor. Don't neglect your health or body and don't be afraid to go to the doctor.
