Is he not over his ex? Should I even try to have a relationship with him?

So I am getting mixed messages from the guy I like.

I met him about 7 months ago. We started talking and we hung out a few times. My boss and cousin felt like he liked me as well(we all worked together until he got another job).

At the time I met him he was with someone (his ex that he had been with before). She was abusive and everything so he left her.

We seemed to be getting close after he broke up with her. Then about 2 or 3 months ago he stopped talking to me and I found out he went back to another ex (that he had been with 5 times before and he had said how it didn't work out).

So how it seems is that he isn't over his exs' and that he doesn't want to even try to have a relationship with me yet.

Should I just move on? Or keep trying?

hey hun,

i'm sorry to say but it doesn't sound like he's ready to move on from her. He seems drawn to whatever dysfunctional relationship they have.

Do you really think you'll be able to trust him 100% if you give him a second chance? I doubt it. Also, it doesn't say much about his feelings for you that he left you to go back to her in the first place.
