Or perhaps, i'll give him credit and say that he might be shy and not into publicly declaring his feelings. In any case you should tell him exactly what's in your mind, and say that you'd like him to show his affection more. But don't whatever you do, pester him to tell you that he loves you.

It could be that he doesn't realise or is enjoying all the attention he is getting.
If you see him across the street or in school or wherever, text him saying "am i getting a kiss then" or something like that and check out his reaction.
