 the first thing you need to do is relax around each other. I know it sounds hard but if you have a relaxed attitude things will be easier. If there is awkwardness there maybe you should both have a little laugh at it instead of getting worried.
I think for first time it is easier for the girl to be on top. My boyfriend said it to me and i didnt believe him until i did it. This way you can control what happens and how far he goes in to you. But whatver works for you both is fine too. You will know what to do when he is "in" you. It just kinda happens instinctively. Good luck x.

if hes on top then he will "enter" into you..if u dnt wanna hurt tell him to be gentle and just wrap ur legs around his waist and feel him going inside u..if hes gentle it feels good if not it will onli hurt for a short time after dat it feels SOOO good
if your on top, there are MANY ways to do dis, u can get on it and let it go in you dat way but dats not a good way to do it on your first time maybe after he breaks u you can but not first
