For starters, I always allow the partner to have the larger lip to suck on when closed mouth kissing is going on. There is kind of a process I use that is: peck, peck, open tongue massaging for about thirty seconds, close mouth a little suck on eachother's lips, peck, make out some more, finish with pecks. I know this sounds silly, but you know everyone has their own technique. Try grabbing different parts of the body, and pulling back with the lips slightly parched to rubbing your lips sideways across theirs. If it is someone you know well that you are kissing tell them you'd like to experiment! And have fun!
