Express your love and tell her how you feel.Be very catious. You don't want to scare them away.Make it romantic and suttle.Don't make it look desperate. If she isn't ready to admit to love don't be discouraged. If she cares it won't matter if she's ready or not.She will feel comforted that you care!

since you didnt write that much info., i was assuming theres nothing thats standing between you too (like shes taken or anything) so i would say, tell her. i was in a situation where i had a guy friend wait until he was pretty much over me and with someone else to tell me he had serisouly loved me for years. had i known earlier, i would have given him a chance because i had secretly been curious myself. dont let it build up until its too late, you dont want to think years from now "what could have happened". you never know until you try. for both your sakes, tell her.
