writes:going on top and not sure what to do!!i have had 6 sexual partners but majority have been one night stands. only two have been with a regular partner. i have never been confident in bed however when it comes to one night stands i am far more confident than with partners.in my previous relationship he wasnt v responsive and even when i asked him if he enjoyed it he wouldnt give me any feedback for me to work on. this means i have been on top but do not know if i am doing it right. am i meant to be rocking backwards and forwards or moving up and down?? i have told my new partner of my insecurities in terms of sex with partners because it means so much more and i want to please him. but i have a mental block and cant bring myself to do it.a girl wrote about this on may 21st and altho the feedback was helpful i need specific details of specific movements that i am meant to be doing.any help would be great, thanks.

 Ok I don't know how to describe it best but I'm going to try to describe what I do so bear with me. I get on top, of course. I am not fully upright though, I'm more leaning towards where he is lying and resting on my hands on the bed beside his head if that makes sense. At some points I am lying on top of him completely (My knees still bent like how you get on top, just now my chest is on his chest) and just propping my self up a little bit with my elbows beside his chest so I can move, and I can kiss his neck, ears etc from this angle and it drives him crazy. Ok now what I do is start by going up and down (or forward or back since I'm bent forward and not directly upright) slowly then pick up the speed a little bit then the best way I can describe it is to grind as you come down. It's like instead of just going up or down, you push your butt out and forward as you come back down. Another thing my boyfriend and I do is as I am lying on him, chest to chest, and he is still flat on his back on the bed, he moves his body in and out while I remain stationary. It's amazing.
